สถาปัตยกรรมในช่วงนั้นได้รับอิทธิพลจากอังกฤษ...ตึกใหญ่โตสวยงามมาก

ที่จริงแล้วอยากเข้าไปศึกษาหาความรู้...แต่ต้องใช้เวลาค่อนข้างมาก...ขอถ่ายรูปดีกว่า...บางครั้งความรู้ก็สามารถศึกษาได้จากภาพถ่าย

เดินถัดไปอีกหน่อยเป็นแม่น้ำสิงค์โปร์...ที่มีรูปปั้นของ เซอร์สแตมฟอร์ด แรฟเฟิล อยู่ระหว่างซ่อมแซม

เดินมาอีกมุมจะเห็นรูปปั้นช้างจากสยาม...แสดงถึงความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตสมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 ที่ท่านเสด็จมาที่สิงค์โปร์

Sunshine in Singapore 13 ปี, 6 เดือน ก่อน  
นับจากปี 1965 เป็นต้นมา สิงคโปร์ประกาศตนเป็นประเทศเอกราช มีอำนาจอธิปไตยของตนเอง โดยปกครองในรูปของสาธารณรัฐ ภายใต้การปกครองของนายกรัฐมนตรีเพียงคนเดียวเป็นเวลาถึง 25 ปี ซึ่งก็คือ นาย ลี กวน ยู จึงทำให้สิงคโปร์เจริญมากเนื่องจากมีการเมืองที่เข็มแข็ง
